Hope this is the right place for a question can I retro-fit the heated front seats to my model Fabia ?

Oct 2004 Ambiente 1.2 ie is the wiring loom pre fitted also anyone done this 5 min job?

I don't think either the loom or the seat heating pads are pre fitted & it would be far more than a 5 minute job to retrofit them.

At one point I contemplated doing this on my VW Golf but I decided against it having seen what was involved, although not by any means impossible it's just not worth the cost & effort in my opinion.

I repaired a heated seat pad in SWMBO's Fabia & having stripped a seat down to do this (twice) that was bad enough & didn't even involve anything like running new wiring looms, or fitting regulators and switches.

Ive thought about doing this but changed my mind now guys thanks
