I am looking for engine bay shots of the Octavia engine.Looking @ my collection it appears as though some did come with ITB's while others had single throttle bodies.

Anyone care to help?

Looks like the Dahlback manifold to me.

All seem to follow the single intake but larger plenum idea which is about right for the 1.8T.

just looks messy to me. isn't an efficient design more often an elegant design also?

I think you might be thinking of the 16v n/a engined Octavia cup car? These were front wheel drive.

All of the WRC Octavias were Turbo,

There is a pic of a Octavia cup car engine bay here racecarsdirect.com (Race Cars For Sale) Skoda Octavia Cup nice gearbox too, if i had the money i would buy the car just for that

thats an AGN motor so still 20V.There was a partcicular year that Skoda Motorsport did not have a throttle body @ the end of the plenum.Do you have pics of those?
