Does anyone think the new octavia will be available with the dsg gearbox in Scout 4x4 trim?

I have the dsg in 2.0tdi L&k level, but love the estate and have also started towing a caravan again.

As far as I am aware the DSG gearbox will not feature in the scout and I would ask myself is that really the right gearbox to be opting for if towing a caravan

None of the 4x4 versions will have DSG or any kind of automatic transmission.

2.0FSI will be replace by a 1.8TSI engine in Scout and normal Octavia 4x4. That will be sweet.

I've just e-mailed Skoda Autos cz about the Scout, asking for information about the facelift as the Czech site shows the old Scout bodystyle with the new interior. I'll pass on any information I receive from them. Skoda UK have been helpful but say they haven't got the information at present, which is surprising as the order books have closed for the current style.
