I have non-remote Central Locking and just recently the lock has been sticking when you turn the key.

So when i turn the key clockwise to lock or anti-clockwise to unlock, the key sticks at the end of the turn rather than springing back freely. Basically the mechanism doesn't seem to move very freely anymore.

Any suggestions?

I would try wd40 in the lock.
