Spider Tuning

Featured Replies

As a fully qualified EFI technician and ecu mapper with years of experience tuning everything from road to race cars I can highly advise AGAINST using any type of plug in 'tuning box' type of device.

I have tried and tested many, never been impressed by any of them especially when you read live parameters while running a car on the dyno that has a box fitted.

black smog anyone?

Superchips is a 'plug-in' box, so is the Diesel Performance Tuning and the Steinbauer PD. These are all well established, reputable companies that have quite some years of experience and offer warranties and insurance against anything going pop. You may well have seen various dubious devices, but there are perfectly decent units out there too.

Spider are in my experience a decentproduct.

Dragon Performace do plug in boxes and i ad no issues with running one BEFORE i removed it fo rmy remap.

In fact, my dad is running one on his 57 plate Leon
