Skoda Recovery - European Cover?

Featured Replies

I know this is not the right area to post this question - however I couldn't find the right one and as this one does have a fair amount of traffic....

When I bought my Octavia vRS it still had some of it's original warranty/recovery with it - runs out end of January 2010.

Does anyone know if "Skoda Recovery" covers you for the whole of Europe or just the UK?

I'm off for a day-trip to Belgium in a week or two time and I'm sure the vRS will be just fine.

However if the worst does happen I'd like to know I can get me and the vehicle home.

To the best of my knowledge you are covered in the EU. The manual in the car contains a book dealing with warranty/recovery and list's the contact numbers for each country(manual in my car does anyway). You can always ring Skoda UK customer service just to clarify the matter.

The answer is yes, you are covered and i have just taken out a new one after the 3 years one run out and by taking the 2 year option it works out at qui9te a good price.
