still call it the cigar lighter !

in my v reg 20v turbo the cigare lighter thing has stopped working (no electricity) but the fuse is ok !!:confused:

Have you checked the socket with a test light/multi meter?

Some people say that disabling the rear electric windows also switches off the cigar lighter socket. This wasn't the case in my 2003 vRS, but it's worth checking.

Failing that, I wonder if the plug has come off the bottom of the socket?

Most plugs have a fuse in them. Maybe, this has blown. Have you tried different equipment?
