Device to help with Navigation

Featured Replies

I need a device to help with navigation when I am alone in the car, also to give me clues as to where camera are positioned.

I like the idea of a PDA, but as its main task is navigation would I be better off just going for a dedicated device such as the TomTom Go.

If I go the PDA route (groan) does it have to be a WinCE based device or will PalmOS be up to the job.

Your thoughts are appreciated.

TomTom Go doesn't support the camera overlay , and also costs

I agree with the Ipaq / TomTom recommendation.

It got me 1000 miles each way across Europe last week with no problems at all :)

Take a look at this link for a few ideas Dave...
