Can't believe I've got another problem...

Featured Replies

Here we go again! This time my Felicia 1.6 is having trouble starting in the cold. After several attempts it usually starts but idles at really low revs and keeps stalling. Unless you leave it to warm up for a few mins it'll stall as soon as you touch the accelerator. I've spent £££££'ss on the obvious, engine oil, spark plugs, new distributer cap, new rotor arm but to no avail. I've got a temperature sensor on order, if that doesn't sort it then I don't know what's up...

temp sensor is a good place to start.. trying unplugging it and see if that makes any difference

Hope that temp sensor fixes it.

How did Anewman get that banger club in his sig?

See http://briskoda.net/groups/ - there used to be a link to it somewhere at the top of the page but I can't find it. The groups seem to be little used really - just set up the banger one for fun mainly :D

Sounds like the coil pack is on its way out, my fun had a similar fault
