Hi guys, I have a large bottle of this stuff - primarliy bought as a lubricant for the claying process (which worked brilliantly diluted 1:1).

Just wondering how to use the last 95% of the bottle

Am I right in thinking that the product is basically a quick detailer like the meguiars quick detailing product and can be used in the same way? It is fine to be used on top of the three layers of wax now on the car?

Yep can be used in the same way as QD mate, as a drying aid or just a spruce up for an already clean car.

Its great in the house too TV and Laptop screens come up a treat with that and a MF.

as it says last touch, use after a wax or a wash, i use mine sometimes after a final rinse, spray it on car then waffle it off.

Cheers guys, as I suspected. i just didnt want to mess up on the last stage after spending the best part of Saturday and Sunday on the car

Also very good at shows and meets just to give it a quick once over.

I use it as a drying aid, mist the car with the stuff before you dry (obviously by patting the paintwork carefully with a plush towel). In reality I drag a drying towel over the car.

Its also handy to give the car a quick once over when its not dirty enough to justify a wash, or perhaps to remove the odd bit of remaining polish in the door shuts etc.

Its very versatile stuff, and am about to run out of my second gallon bottle...

So basically it works out cheaper then the specifically labelled quick detailers from the same company in a spray bottle?

Im very impressed with this stuff I must say but I'll keep that for another thread - once Im finished on the car.

It is quick detailer, just with a different name.

This is indeed a Quick Detailer Spary in bulk and I use it for claying as as Tom has said for drying the car after the wash process..........

This product should not be mistaken for products such as Zaino Z8 and Megs Ultimate Quik Detailer which both have a Nano Wax technology to seal the paintwork and top up wax protection.......

i clay with Megs GC Shampoo on the car, much easier..

Yep, I use it after every wash. After the car's been rinsed down, I mist over with it - aids the drying process.

I prefer QD for claying purposes though, but as a final product it's excellent

i use mine as a drying aid, once the car is washed and hosed down, i leave it for a min then spray a light mist over the whole car and dry it off with my huge microfibre drying towel
