Not wanting to gush or anything and haven't actually taken out my policy yet but you guys are, as Tony the Tiger would say, GRRRRRRRRRRREAT:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Following the links with here i put a quote through the internet and managed to get a couple of key pieces of data hugely wrong! A quick call and Leanne sorted those problems out and reduced the cost of the policy by about half!

Spent most of this evening calling round call centres and speaking to monotonus drones who sounds like they wanted to kill themselves! and when i mentioned a custom remap, i could actually hear it going right over their heads!!

Finding no-one within about £400 of your quote i called to discuss and finalise my policy with Leanne, who wasn't in (Boooo :thumbdwn:) but instead i got possibly the happiest call centre worker ever: Holly.

A chat to confirm all my details, the potential deadliness of man flu, how my family weren't getting xmas presents cos of new alloys, and in a round-about way it turned out my policy had actually come down in price by another £60 and had extras no one else would touch!!

You guys are a credit to the insurance world and Holly (and Leanne) have changed my attitude of call centre workers!!

Once the paper work comes in the post and i work out which payment plan is best expect another happy customer to join the ranks.

I noticed the call centre thing too, the next one always seems happier than the last!! Of course they spelt my name wrong but the person I phoned to change it was happier than the person who made the sale :)

The managers of our customer service team do have alot of games and competitions with the staff to keep the moral up. Happy staff = happy customers! :D
