Guys,

My car is a 2002 Octavia L&K. I need to remove this Over Dash AC Vent (Front Defroster) I have try to remove it with all my forces and it does not come out. I was thinking I was going to break it. I have use a screw driver to pry it up but is imposible.

Is there is a secret to remove it.

As far as i know you cant, its part of the dash moulding.

How do you remove the centre dash air vents?

One of mine is busted!

I was trying to pull that out on mine yesterday cos it doesnt seem to clear the windscreen very well, I was thinking that there might be something inside it preventing the airflow.

But I couldnt get it out without it feeling like it was going to break.

My problem is that when I am using my AC is trowing air and is frosting my windscreen. I want to remove it in order to put something inside to block the cold air coming out from that vent.
