strange dsg fault

Featured Replies

I had been out in my baby, no problems, then when I arrived home, I put the dsg box in reverse, and there was none .. maxidot was showing that I was in ALL gears :(..I pulled forward, and only had first gear...i rang skoda assistance, and low and behold, when the man turned up, he put the car in reverse, and hey presto, all hunky dorey. I'll phone my dealer next week to get it checked out, but in the meantime, anybody have any ideas?

auditek my superb 2 did exactly the same today apart from showed no gears - had to turn off engine twice before could get into reverse - did you get a result at your dealers

This has been a known fault, ever since the first generation of the mk5 gti dsg was introduced. I would like to hear from any owner of an RS6 who forked out over £65K !!! Ripping.
