Hi Everybody,

I am a newbie to this forum lark, but I had to join after helping my friend Amy with her MOT. The advice on your forums was simply invaluable. I don't own a Skoda myself but have enjoyed the ease of working in on this sturdy little beast and although not trained as a mechanic I have succeeded in repairing many types of car over my few years!

I will be glad to help anybody if I can, but from what I've seen you guys are the masters on these little beauties.

Constant creaking / rattling from the doors of my Kodiaq Mk2

Since I had the car, every time I drove it, it has had what my wife called a rattling from the doors. I always characterised it as a creak. As the car is otherwise so quiet (especially when on battery at slow speed) it was quite noticable. Hi. Had the car since May 25. Always been a knocking sound like metal on metal from the front suspension when driving over bumps in the road. It sounds a bit like an old worn shock absorber on a car from the past. The dealer identified and acknowledged the unusual sound but were unable to identify the cause. I contacted Skoda UK customer services who were generally pretty unhelpful. The did supply the dealer with a copy of a page from an internal powerpoint presentation which revealed that

Hi guys. I tried to code lane assist for my 2019 SUPERB FL using Icar pro Vgate and car scanner pro. Lane assist is showing on dashboard and in the options but it doesn't work. The icon is yellow, car displays message that it is not currently available. What did I miss... A5 camera is 2Q0980653. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks! Maybe there is someone with Obd11 in Shrewsbury area wilkingvto help if car scanner can't perform this coding?
