Half the fun of any sport is dodging incoming. I got my front tooth knocked out by a supersonic basketball years ago playing an under 16's county match. However a year later I reclaimed a small victory on fate by whacking a first serve in a tennis match right into my opponents nuts ... didn't even bounce first ..... ambulance job that one, poor lad.

However my all time great is when I got slotted by a clay pigeon ... luckily not straight out of the trap. It drifted heavily in crosswind and as I glanced towards the heavens, being an idiot, I figured it'd be cool to run and catch it ..... only I didn't; instead it caught me, right above my right ear and promptly cracked in half with the impact. Reckon I lost a fair few IQ points that morning.
