I know its cold! and anti-hijack

Featured Replies

When driving my car and the exterior temperature drops below 4 degrees the MFD bongs at me, not the most terrible thing in the world i know. But is it possible to turn this off? Everytime it does it (quite a lot recently) i think that something has gone wrong with my car, gets frustrating.

Is it also possible to engage the anti-hijack (door auto-lock) on my MkII? I have CL, i know its possible on most other models.

I don't know of a way to turn off the outside temp sensor but the door locking is the same as Fabia 1.

Not sure how MFD works, but on the normal LCD display if you scroll through and leave it on temp all the time, it won't bong at you.

Disconnect the sensor then and loose the temp. That is if the bong annoys you that much
