Hi all , quick question . . . i want to fit the L & K illuminated door handles to my 57-reg vRS , just wondered if i will i need to slice into any wiring or do they just plug straight in .

you have got both choice but I sliced them and they work perfectly.

You need to tap into the existing wiring yes. I'm sure the alternative is making up a new loom which doesn't seem worth the effort imho.
