i know with all the teams pulling out of various sports, everyone is feeling pretty :( at the moment. but lets just think about it.

motorsport has become a huge corporate sellout over the years. take F1, who has the most money wins?? surely thats not a sport people on here can actually relate to? most people reading this will be passionate about cars and love driving, but come on, how often do we drive million pound cars at 190mph?

then we come onto the wrc. subaru and suzuki pulling out IS a major loss to the sport and will undoubtabley have pretty big knock on effects. but surely this will just free up places for smaller teams? and bring that competative edge back again?

dont view this as the end for motorsport because it wont be. just see it as a new begining. loadsa blokes turn up at a track, small budget, sponsered by the local fish shop, and race!!! now that is something we can all relate to.
