When i put my wipers on intermitant they sometimes get stuck half way on the screen even when i push the stalk up to put the wipers on medium or fast they still stay stuck then after about 30 seconds they start again.

Is this a relay problem and where is it on my car and is there a seperate relay for the intermittant setting or just one relay that covers the lot.

The wiper relay can be found under the dash on the drivers side, in front of the pedals.......
