Anyone with ETKA?

Featured Replies

If possible, can someone have a look at the drivers side mirror for a 2006 Leon in ETKA and tell me the following:

1. Is the backing coloured or does it need paint?

2. Is the black plastic section below the backing available seperately?

3. Part numbers for above if possible, plus a glass. The car is red.

Thanks

Surely you would have better luck on cupranet? Also was it a mk1 or mk2 leon as there was a crossover in that year between the two.

I've asked on SCN. No luck- tried there first- so thought I'd try here. It's a Mk2- crossover was 2005 IIRC.

There are a couple of options so best to order by chassis number from your dealer.

The main body is one peice satin black. The top covers are supplied primed for painting.

I take it the satin black bit can be ordered seperately then? How do the mirrors come apart?

Don't know how they come apart I'm afraid. Yes the satin black part is a seperate part but it is the main body of the mirror.

Sorry- another question. Does the body colour part vary by chassis number? There's one on Ebay in the right colour. Might save some bother....

it vary's by car model so ultimately yes by chassis number.
