Rear Wiper Octavia Estate - whoops!

I recently tried replacing the rubber in the rear wiper and managed to snap the plastic cap which covers and locks the central "hinge". It's currently stuck together with black gaffer tape.

Can this be bought as a separate item, does it come with a replacement blade or are we talking about the whole arm?

A peruse around the supermarket car park suggests that most VW / Audi / Seat / Skoda since 2004 have the same fitting. (I was tempted!)

First time starting a project thread, bear with me... Heard about this Roomster not too far from me that might be heading for a scrapyard, and decided to try to acquire it. Local dealership said it would cost £300 to upgrade my maps and suggested that there are better options them then for this! After lots of online research I decided to update the firmware from H4120 to 5274. I have the zipped file RNS_510_FW_5274_update.iso and have burned this to a DVD at lowest speed. When I put the DVD in the unit (no keys in iginition) it whirs around and then after 20-30 seconds comes back with a CD/DVD error. The unit will play a normal music

For the past few weeks my Skoda Scala Infotainment unit has been prompting me to do updates. Almost everyday I get the prompt to do an update. I only get the one prompt in a day. I believe the procedure is to park, accept the update, turn off the ignition, exit the car and lock it. I think some updates only apply when you next start the car. Hi all, Skoda Kodiak 4x4 AWD, and Skoda Kodiak front wheel drive....what codes or description spec's etc. differentiate between them ?
