NEED HELP: Can anyone help me with VAS coding for Octavia II FL cruise control

Hi Everyone

I'm new here, so this my first post, if anyone would be interested I work at official importers of Škoda in Lithuania. And have one urgent question:

Does anyone know how recode Facelifted Octavia for Cruise control, because old coding is no longer valid this is first time we have to retrofit CC on new Octavia.

Offcourse we have only VAS no VCDS

Can you give us the controller part number for the steering column controller 16 and it's current coding.

Does VAS not have a guided function for this?

What is the original coding of the controller?

VAS should indeed be able to do this via Guided Functions. Is it a petrol or diesel?

No guided function works on Facelifted one, it is diesel 1,9 TDI / 77 kW

Hello , my brother has biught kodiak with matrix led lights. One of the problem is that high beam don't light up automatically and there is option to enable it on the menu. I have read somewere that someone had the same problem , but in tme meatime recieved an ota update and the function appeard . I have an obd11 but can't connect the car because of rhe newer protection so I was wondering how I could enable it. Another thing is if it would be possible to enable the inner rear stop lights. Local dealership said it would cost £300 to upgrade my maps and suggested that there are better options them then for this! After lots of online research I decided to update the firmware from H4120 to 5274. I have the zipped file RNS_510_FW_5274_update.iso and have burned this to a DVD at lowest speed. When I put the DVD in the unit (no keys in iginition) it whirs around and then after 20-30 seconds comes back with a CD/DVD error. The unit will play a normal music

For the past few weeks my Skoda Scala Infotainment unit has been prompting me to do updates. Almost everyday I get the prompt to do an update. I only get the one prompt in a day. I believe the procedure is to park, accept the update, turn off the ignition, exit the car and lock it. I think some updates only apply when you next start the car.
