well after puting so mutch money in to me 96 fely spi 1.3 is now going off road to get worked on having engin falts and lac of power so new piston rings head and under chassi panted and new bushes if neaded cant aford to sell it cant aford to keep it on the road the only thing i can do is fix it so parts probly neadid so if any 1 has parts they are sick of the site of and live in the north east and are willing to donate them get my felly back on the road asap becas dont want the shame of been seen in a vectra:rofl: total chav car whitch has been lent to me by a frend so if any 1 out ther can help it whould be much apresiated and wil try to return the favor im no good at spelling but good with a spanner and can do most jobs

:) What parts are needed?

Have you checked out other causes of the lack of power? and what points you to the piston rings? My experience of these engines would point to other things, unless it is using oil exessivly. Why not try things like tappets, timing, plug leads (personal experience here,dont use cheap ones), coil, plugs, etc. Could be a lot cheaper than an unnessessary engine rebuild

thanks but looks verry likley it got to go after the wife has sead its that or my hilman imp so i think the scoda going cheap rather get rid of the wife but thats a difrent story s think it will go on ebay end of this week or swap on imp parts lol hope i can change her mind

If you were closer to Bolton you could have used my Felicia as a donor vehicle!!!

Body panels were ok with the odd patch of rust and the patches just appearing on the wheel arches again.

My old Felly is sat on my driveway, a shadow of her former self and the once mighty 1.6 silent :(
