Stupid Bloody Washer Jets And Windscreen Wipers!

ok ok, so... thismorning im driving to work, and find my wipers at the front aint working... but when i go to wash my front window the back wiper moves.... i've read the forum messages... telling me to change a fuse. i have done! a few times today... they just keep blowing... im not sure what to do. the washer jets arn;t wurring like they are working... is there any solution???

It will keep blowing if your pump is frozen,

is there a way to un-freeze it?? i tried hot water...

you need to have about a litre of pure additive in your washer bottle to stop it from freezing , i have had about fourth customer ding this at vauxhall
