I wouldn't skip the AIO.

I have not tried the sealant glaze myself as I like the look from a wax and colli lasts for ages too, however that should work just fine.

If I use AIO, should I change to using a shampoo without any wax content? I assume the AIO will just strip the wax anyway?

The AIO will remove the wash and wax, but if you want to keep a better finish on y our car it might be worth getting a small bottle of something like bilt hamber autowash as it lasts for ages and doesn't strip wax if you dilute it correctly.

The wash and waxes tend to leave a bit of a dull finish in my experience.
