looks like it holds around 350 torque from 2500 rpm to 4000 rpm with a small dip in it

would say you would not feel dip on road as this is hub dyno

I'm not convinced I am afraid. Something about it that says it's not right. When the camera pans across the power/torque thing, I believe that line is probably before being given the correction factor, which is why the line above is about 8hp and 10 lb/ft less.

The power runs seem a bit short as well.

I think dyno run is short because its a hub dyno

i rememeber he said he got 192bhp on stock turbo and clutch and ic so i'd say the dyno is very very generous... over read 20-25bhp theyre so god knows what its over reading at that? maybe a true 225/230? for all of 2 seconds until your heatsoaked right back down to 160 bhp :rofl:

That stage 2 garrett is good for 250+bhp... but not with the oem intercooler & clutch. Also, on stock fuelling it will run out of puff at 230hp. Once those nozzles are on max flow, there's nothing any mapper can do to get more fuel (aside from bigger nozzles / propane! )

My meth is going fine. Methanol is also another suitable fuel but you need to be clued up about how it works, which is why you have to have water mixed as well to keep things cooled down and prevent pre-detonation.

I have a fresh map imminently and a dyno run on the 7th Feb, so I shall see how it goes.

Oem clutch is possible, just means he cant use the power. SMIC = heatsoaked to hell.

Hehe - I love the 'reception' you got there - also a thread on SCN on the same topic, funny to read up on that too.

The best bit is that even if the map is totally amazingly awesome beyond belief, it will heatsoak like hell, the clutch will last all of five minutes if the figures were accurate and the torque was used.

The figures are insanely high and even theoretically impossible to achieve. Pretty sure the car is fast but I cant help it
