Audi A3 1.9 TDi Sport (sportback)

Featured Replies

A guy in the office has just bought one of these, the details are:

2005(05) 1.9 TDi sport (105bhp)

67K miles,

Bluey Silver Metallic

Full Audi history,

With Optional armrest, Symphony Stereo (built in cd changer) and 17" optional alloys.

One owner from new,

He paid £6,700 for it and is wondering if its a good price.

I have taken it for a drive, and its a really nice car with no rattles or anything and feels put together really well.

I didn't pay much attention, but I've seen other 2005 A3s and A4s for that sort of money.

It sounds like a reasonable deal compared to the stupid prices I saw when I was looking at 2.0 DSGs.

2k more bought me a 2006 06 2.0 TDI Elegance Octavia..with 1/3rd the miles on it...

Audi's residuals are pretty high, despite this car having 67K on it.
