Horn wiring

Featured Replies

In preparation for some additional devices I am fitting next weekend I need to know the horn wiring. I am going to be removing the bumper, as I have a siren speaker to fit behind it, and so will be able to see the horns then, but am keen to know what the circuit is beforehand. This will help me to prepare the mini loom, as I need a feed back to an amplifier, which is to be switched by the horn. Is the horn +ve switched or -ve? How many wires to it and their colours?

how come you need the horn to wire a siren? Are you going to be using the horn to change the siren tone?

I will find out when the bumper comes off as will see the horns then, Tuesday all being well! If only the budget cuts hadn't hit - parts supplied, but pay your own fitting...............
