After some good searching it seems that my long-running coolant leak problem may be at the radiator fan sensor.

Can someone describe where this is or even better, post a picture.

If that is the source of the leak what do I need to do to stop it?

yes this is a common problem on fabia's however not the only one, what engine is it?? the raed fan switch is on the radiator itself, nearside ( battery side) about half way up iy if you look down there you will see it in the rad rad and hopefully if it is that leaking a load of crusty pink coolant around it!! hope this helps mate
