As my week end toy (TVR) has gone, I'm now toying with the idea of getting my Fabia re mapped once I get a new job.

I'm not after huge increases; I'd be quite happy with an extra 30bhp that won't shorten the longevity of any engine components etc..Extra fuel economy would be nice, but so long as it isn't any worse I'm ok.

Who does a good job for reasonable money within sensible travelling distance from Chesterfield?

Custom code HQ is in that neck of the woods, dunno how much they charge etc at this point but that's one of the options.

I had my Passat 100pd done by superchips about 40k ago and(touch wood) it hasn't missed a beat since. Not sure what power it's pushing out but it's easily as quick maybe a shade quicker than a pd 130 and my fuel economy hasn't gone down at all. i honestly can't say anything negative about it.

I thought long and hard about it and went for superchips because they are a big company and i hadn't heard of this website so didn't know of many other options.

They are at the higher end of the prices but i didn't want to take any chances because i too was a bit worried about damageing the engine but it hasn't affected it one bit.
