For the Octavia, it includes all parts and labour for 3 annual services.

Car must be serviced every 12 months or 10k miles rather than long-life. Whatever is required (as part of the standard routine) during those 3 years is included.

As you would expect, anything additional would be chargeable.

Don't get service confused with maintenance. Things like wiper blades, bulbs and brake pads, you'll still have to pay for. Also if you insist that the air filter should be changed at 20000 miles and the schedule says 40000 miles, you'll have to pay for that as well.

Things like activating features are not part of the service schedule, so it is up to the garage whether to charge for it or not.
