Mat Question

Featured Replies

Had 4 Skoda mats supplied with my TSi. Fronts have plastic "holes" that click neatly onto plastic studs in the main carpet. Rear mats have the holes but there are no fittings in the carpet.

Can the studs be obtained and easily fitted DIY? I don't want the carpet changed just for this.

When I bought my mats from Skoda they fitted the studs on the front and rear, but mine are the cheaper rubber mats, not the carpet ones. The rear carpet ones might not need bolting in, or the person that fitted them was lazy.

The holes are usually where they're connected in the packing ;)
