A 2005 2.0 TDI am I correct in thinking the cambelt interval is 80k miles or 4 years as opposed to 60k/4 years. IIRC the 80k is actually 70k something miles as it's specified in km, so if anyone knows the true value that would be great

On that basis Is it recommended to do it at 60k or is 80k fine on these engines if that is the correct interval and is the water pump a risk issue so worth doing for the while it's all off on this engine.?
