Fabia vRS bumper - all black foglight surrounds, pics?

Featured Replies

Anyone done this, or reckon they can photoshop mine? Thinking about colour coding mine all black.... But not sure what it will look. Here's a pic of mine as it is now. Stick with silver, or all black? That is the question.

Still not sure

I've got a silver Furby and I'm going to paint mine, ever since I saw Phil_Monks with the black grill and black fog light surrounds I've decided that thats my next mod!

Still not sure

If you know anyone with a black fabia you could always try their surrounds in your bumper, and see what you think :)

Ha ha i was about to post my pics again....... I am not sure how they will look without a black grill. they tie in well with my grill and I think that makes them look a little better :)

I used Halfords Own paint and primer. Only thing I would say is use A LOT OF laqure (spelling) as mine need redoing now because of the grit............ and both my foglights are cracked as well. :)

I've gone one better, no fog lights or surrounds at all..lol

Thats lookin good! Lissy is minus lower grilles - only because I refuse to spend more on a set from skoda than I paid for the bumper and delivery tho! Need to fashion some out of .... something... and spray purple.

The black on silver does look good. Adds a little something extra I think. Too much of the "colour coding everything in sight" going on.

Those grilles are no longer made by Skoda as I spent plenty of time trying to find them. Best way now would be to find someone willing to mesh them properly. :)

Jorily said they can get them for £100. But I only paid £30 for the bumper and that included delivery!!! THe middle section fits behind - just needs cable tying. THen I am gonna try and reshape the old side bits to fit. If I can figure out what I did with them when I moved. Seen them somewhere but god knows where that was. Got a cupboard full of VRS interior trim still that needs to go in!

Black black black :)
