The water from my rear screen wash leaks out of the tailgate lock rather than spraying from the wiper base of my 56 plate Octavia 2. How do I remove the tailgate card to access the pipework and can anybody give me a hint of an idea as to what I am likely to find?

I believe I have read on here a while back that there is a pipe which can come adrift.

Any help will be much appreciated.

I tried removing the tailgate card once to fit my rear blind but gave up after breaking 2 clips. Took it to the dealer in the end.

my car has had this happen and i have had a new rear wipermotor too. It has failed again my dealer is doing it all under warranty.
