I have a 2006 Octavia II 2.0 TDI. I have a problem with the power stearing light that will not turn off. I had the car taken to one Skoda service, where they put the VAG com and reset all the erors but still there seems to be a miss comunication error with the steering angle sensor G85.

Can anybody tell me what might have happend and how can I solve this issue ?

Also my steering weel started to feel a bit heavier than behore.

check the wiring loom at the starter area ive had a few with worn wires rubbing against the starter cable, 1st start the car and drive str8 then turn to left 1 turn the str8 then 1 turn to right

Thanks, I have tried it but unfortunatly it did not work - the amber / red power steering light still is on. Any other ideeas ?:(
