Forge DV relocation Kit and FMCL007P

Featured Replies

Hello,

Had my car on the diagnostics at a local garage and it looks as though the cause of the engine management light coming on is a leaky DV. Car using 5 - 10 mpg more than usual and feels a little flat. Garage could not find any leaks from pipework.

I have been reading various threads and am probably going to get a FMCL007 recirculating DV. I was also looking at the Forge relocation kit.

I would be grateful if anyone can tell me what (if any) benefits there would be to relocating the DV. Looks a good bit of kit but is it worht the money? Any improved performance, reliability, economy?

Cheers,

Darren

none that you will feel whatsoever with the relocating kit, the gains are so minimal when locating the dv to the cold side that it will feel the same as before

tba i just bought it for more blue :orb_rolli

and because i wasnt happy with how it would fit when you trimmed abit of the 25mm pipe off for the blanks and to conect the elbow to dv i bought another length of 25mm and a dif lenght of vacum pipe lol

i was bored :orb_sleep

and nope....... no dif just looks funky

like i said, more colour

:iagree:

same, im planning on getting one once my suspension etc is sorted just so i can have more blue
