Octy 40k variable?

Featured Replies

Anyone reckon £280 all-in for a 40k variable service is OK? (JKM)

Local stealer reckons £200 but I'm not sure it's like-for-like?

£280 seems quite steep.

For a bit more than £200 my local main dealer did a 40k and included (some were in addition to the 40k service but included in the final cost stated):

- Pollen Filter

- Air Filter

- Fuel Filter

What does the JKM service include?

Does that perhaps include brake fluid as your car is around 2 years old?

"The cost for the 40k service, which is a full service including spark plugs

is £279.75 Inc vat.

A haldex oil and filter change would be £85.15 Inc vat.

For a brake fluid change the cost is £36.25 Inc vat."

They seem quite thorough but I did think £80 difference was quite a bit.....:(
