Hi guys

I'm having trouble shutting the boot. It goes into the first click but not the second. The clip itself is well lubricated and does go into the second click as i've tested it with a screwdriver. I've also adjusted the hook that it locks onto up to try and decrease the distance but no joy.

I think something may be broken on it but not sure!

Does anyone have any ideas as i'm tearing my hair out and don't have enough left as it is!!

Check that the rubber seal isn't out of shape or swollen. If the boot has rubber stoppers make sure these haven't managed to unscrew themselves a bit.
