Seller has three sets of rears listed now on e bay for £3 + £4.50 pp

cheers just bidded on a pair

Dont know if your aware, but Skoda dont make rear mud flaps for the VRs. The standard ones will fit, but need a bit of work with a hair drier to close the gap up between the bumper and the mud flap. There are quite a few posts on how to fit them on here!

The fronts will fit straight on and use the existing wheel liner holes and screws!

I know they take a bit of work to fit either bucket of hot water or hair dryer but got to be bargain at the price.

thanks for the heads up - i'm bidding on the other set guys!

I'm having front and rear flaps fitted to my new 09 vRS by the dealer ... he said it couldn't be done and I said yes it can cos I know some guys who have!!!!

SKODA main dealer so probably be able to pay by card.

sorted. They're in the post.

well i got them on and a pic will be in the styling section shortly. not happy with the fit did the hot water and a hair dryer treatment but could only get 2 of the four screws back on on one side and three of the four on the other. feel a bit flimsey and was careful whilst washing the car as they feel they will come off any moment :( will see how they bear up and next time i get the tyres done will see if the garage can screw them in any better.

So not impressed then, did you try to fit them as described in previous threads :finger: as it seems nobody else has had problems unless they are keep quiet about them !

as my post says i put them in hot water first and whilst fitting them i used a hot hair drier to keep the plastic warm and bendy. i will no doubt get to see later when the car has been driven how good they actually are or if they coming back off.

Got to disagree with you smstext, just fitted my rear mudflaps and all screws just about lined up and tightened ok,used water and hairdryer did not get really snug to bumber but am pleased with them.

feel free to come and do mine then  might be the actual bumper on my car then.
