I have recently bought a version of vag com from e bay ,just to check the fault codes on my 2002 1.9 tdi octy (90 bhp) , but cannot find which version of vag com i need to download to work with the cable i have .The cable has a usb connector on one end ,and a 16 pin plug on the other and is marked OBD 11. Can anyone help with whi

you'll need the file titled 'Release4091us.exe' from the link Stu posted above. If you;

plug cable into PC

install USB - serial driver

install vag-com

open vag-com and then test. (probably need to go to driver manager and change the COM port to an unused one between 1 and 4)

Should be okay then.
