Is there a guide on how to fit coilovers to a fabia vrs on here?

Where do the adjusters go on the back? Do i need to cut my bump stops? Any advice or links would be useful.

Na, dont need to cut the bump stops.

The adjusters just sit on the rear beam, then the spring on top of them.

Can you do the backs without taking the wheels off and do you have to take out the wheel arch liners?

You can only fit the springs without taking the wheels off.

The shocks yes you need to remove the wheels and the rear arch liner.
