My mum's fabia I has a bit of a niggle.

Shes complaining that when shes been driving for a while the steering goes very light to the point that when she goes to turn (especially left) that theres nothing behind the steering at all.

This is followed by the steering going heavier and the PAS light coming up on the dash.

Any ideas?

Scan for codes, should be logged if PAS light has been coming on.

Steering angle sensor, Battery, Alternator wiring, PAS pump. All likely suspects.

Cool will get it checked out sharpish
