Rather than a re-trim have been thinking about transplanting leather interior from something else in the VW / Audi range.

Does anyone know if an interior from a Mark IV Golf will fit the Mark I Octavia vRS? I am after advice concerning the actual width of the rear seats and front subframes.

Also is it worth getting anything electrically adjustable or is this more hassle than its worth/

All advice greatly appreciated as I really am in the dark on ths one. :confused: :(

would the interior from a 3 door golf go straight into a vrs too? as i've been thinking of putting a MK4 Recaro interior into my vrs too as cleaning the white cloth is doing my head in lol

Yes, al the seats are the same fitment wise.

You mean like my R32 Interior in my Octavia. Awesome.

As mentioned above, both 3door and 5 door seats from a mk4 golf will fit straight into your Octavia.

I've had a set of 5door GTI seats (sold pending collection)

And currently have set of 3 door cloth Recaros

I've just taken out my cloth Recaros fancy some leather GTi seats instead.
