Scratches and Stonechips

Featured Replies

Hi, was cleaning my car today and have discovered that the bodywork is not in great shape. I have stone chips on the bonnet and bumper and c ouple of scrapes on the bonnet. I also have a small but quite deep scratch on one side. There are also light but noticeable scratches that havent taken the paint off but can be seen. Is there a practible way of sorting all this out? I have never ventured into anything like this before so will need it spelled out plainly if possible. Should i get the whole car resprayed? If so, does it need to be the same colour. It is also quite an unusual colour, a bright aqua greeny-blue and can't find a paint match in Halfords.

Thanks for your time.

Go to a Skoda dealer for the paint; other than the cost of the trips/phone calls it won't cost you more and might cost you less than Halfrauds' prices.

Advising on individual scratches is probably impossible withour detail photos (post on site; I may not be the best person to actually advise on how to).
