USBs and card reader on dell monitor...

Featured Replies

Mine stopped working randomly - any ideas? I need it to get the pics of my card.

Uninstall via device manger, reboot and it should be OK.

Could be SP3 (XP) or SP1 (vista) caused issues.

USB cable come out of the back of your PC? Follow the lead back from the monitor

Yes I checked that one ages ago. I think it's cos Col installed a new service pack, it was fine before. So I should be able to uninstall and reinstall it? What do I look for and where do I reinstall it from?

Thanks

I also have a Dell screen, check the Dell website to see if there is a driver update.

Download it and save it to a location you can remember then try Start, right click my computer, manage, device manager. Click on the monitors tab and uninstall your Dell monitor. You may then need to restart your pc, once it restarts run the drivers you have downloaded from the Dell site and good luck!
