2006 octavia vrs

Hi all. I am looking for a remapping service for my VRS. Live in norfolk willing to travel for right price and service. can anyone assist me please?

Try Angel Tuning, they travel all over. I've had my VRS TDi mapped and am well impressed

Are you considering a full custom remap on or for a heavily modified car? if so what remap are you considering? If you've some products in mind try their websites and see who they deal with. If you are not wanting a full custom job, then what about a Superchips Blue Fin? This will give you a reasonable stage 1 map. You do this yourself and have the ability to revert back to the standard map if needed. This seems to deliver a slightly less aggressive map which is fine for a fairly standard car, but should you upgrade to a full cat back exhaust & a decent induction system, then SC will send you the stage 2 map as a "swap"!

You're doing the right thing by doing your homework first, so search the forum & see what others experiences have been.

I would also recommed fitting a torque control insert at the same time as the remap, cos the amount of engine movement is scary and of couse doing something to sharpen up the handling & brakes too, it makes things safer & sooooo much more fun!!!

Am sure you'll enjoy it!!!

Jabbasports in Peterborough did an excellent job on my mk1 Octavia
