I Sprayed my grill black and used my black engine cover skoda badge to replace the original one.

I think it looks tidy.

Clever idea, looks good

Me too... did you paint the badge? Looks good!!

looks good mate

I think it would look a little bit better with the standard badge, but hey whatever keeps you happy. I like the grille

Like the grille, hate the badge I'm afraid.

Like the grill but think i'd have to see the badge on the car in the flesh before I swayed either way!

like the grill! Badge might look good in black n grey.

Not my cup of tea, but if you like it, then I'm happy for you. The black grill is good, I just like the proper Skoda badge.

Done this ages ago.....needless to say, its back to normal ;)

Love the grill, hate the badge im afraid but whatever floats your boat

Hello,

I think it looks great, but whats to stop paint peeling by weathering, from the chrome grill ?

Does the engine cover badge pop-off or is it stuck-on please.

I spent half the day sanding the crome down and then applied 2 coats of prima, 3 coats of black and 4 and a bit (can ran out) coats of laquer. Seems to be holding up nicely.

The badge was glued on permanently. I figure if I`m selling the car eventually i will buy a standard grill anyway.
