Hi all,

Just saw a thread on l'pool victoria being cheap for modded octavia's so thought would give them a try, even though mine isnt modded in anyway at all as yet, anyway....

Your Quote

You should RING LV - you will get a better quote that way than via the web interface, most times.

I believe there is another site (screentrade I think) that does a similar thing to confused, but then you get a 10%discount on the cheapest quote as well... may be worth checking out.

Interestingly I recently tried screetrade and their premium came in at

I found Direct Line cheapest when my Octy was unmodded.

LV is the way to going if you're going to be modding.

NU Direct wouldn't continue insuring my Octavia once it was remapped. Although LV were a little more expensive, the cover provided was significantly better - eg 180 days continental cover, no mileage limit, business use, free legal expenses insurance and more - AND there is no increase in premium for mods.
