Sevice and mot due warranty ended and am now out of work so I need to cut down

on costs

How many miles have you covered since last service, what is your mileage now?

Are you able to service car yourself, or must it be a garage job?

Short of money? priorities say you need to be legal first and secondly safe.

Recommend MOT first, get it legal, and have valid insurance and road tax.

Engine oil with new filter second.

Then as cash flow comes knock off priorities next.

You may laugh, but the car will not cease to work, because it's service is behind time.

Been in your boat, most of my life, so don't worry and fret too much.

It needs to be a garage job, Its on an 04 plate and only done 22000 miles.

I've done about 8000 miles in the last year ,and had the cambelt changed on the last service.
